- Kindly note this is a newly built neighborhood, still under construction. You will find different houses across the community which are still in process of being finished, therefore, workers, materials and machine constructions are constantly located in the area.

- Landscaping is not done yet but it's already planned and will complete in next 1 month.

This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

Christine property was everything I could have hoped for and more. Surrounded by a beautiful mountain scape and the ocean view, it was our serene home away from home. This gorgeous and well-kept property was worth every penny. The host was so responsive and always checking in. The neighbors were so friendly. I would highly recommend staying here!
