This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

Driveway parking. No parking allowed on the street and road.

Security Deposit ($500 USD)
As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checkout, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no-pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay.

Also, an extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.

Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.

The quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m.

Do not use towels to remove makeup or refrain from any activities that would stain them.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, and hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet.

Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

The house was absolutely beautiful with a breath taking view. My whole family enjoyed our stay. The house was especially baby/kid friendly thank you Christine for allowing us to stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb in Hawaii, and it was a wonderful experience! From the moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the beauty and comfort of the house. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making this a cozy and inviting space for guests. The interior of the house was beautifully furnished, offering a perfect blend of style and comfort. Each room was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was a highlight for us – spacious and fully equipped, ideal for cooking meals when we preferred to dine in. While the house itself was a haven, we found that exploring the immediate vicinity offered a different vibe. This location is more suited for those looking to experience a quieter side of Hawaii, away from the typical tourist hotspots. We appreciated this unique perspective, although it meant a bit more travel to reach major attractions.

Recommend! This side of the island is much quieter. Driving was easy around the island. House was super clean and quiet. Kitchen is fully stocked. Air conditioners worked great.

Overall we had a great experience. The host was very responsive and super friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. My only complaint is the place was hard to find. The GPS kept taking us up the hill. It took a good 30 mins to find it and it was dark so that didn’t help. However, despite the challenges I would stay there again in the future!
