• Due to the combination of high winds, loose soil/sand in the desert, the cowboy tub will not be prefilled with water to avoid getting the water dirty. Guests are welcome to fill it themselves.

Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras are in place, please check the guest count at the time of your reservation; ask for approval, if you have visitors.  
This is a non-smoking/no vaping and no party or event listing. 

Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.

Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them. 

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, and hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet.

Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.
