CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.
Security Deposit ($500 USD)
As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.
Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay.

Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $25 per person, per night.

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. We appreciate that you ask for approval if you have visitors. 

We kindly remind you that this is a no event or party listing. 

We have a strict no smoking policy. 

Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.

The quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m.

Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet.

Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

Everything was great and clean but the yard chairs were dusty and some webs otherwise everything was great

I stayed this beautiful house for more than a month with my two daughters. It was very clean and quiet. Also, convenient to buy groceries around this area. The host was easy to communicate as well. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Irvine in the future. Thank you.

Pros: 1. Well-appointed home with high-end Kitchen appliances. 2. Furnishings immaculate, modern and clean. 3. Latest tech features (Nest thermostat, front door keypad entry, etc.). 4. Park across the street with small playground for children (very quiet). 5. Management very responsive, kind and courteous. Con: 1. Across the street is the previously mentioned park, and a community pool and jacuzzi. When we requested the FOB to utilize the pool and jacuzzi, management declined. The excuse was that use of the community facilities was not listed in the list of amenities in the listing. We have stayed in other such high-end homes and communities and always had use of the community pools, exercise rooms, etc. Since we rented this home for nearly three months (not an inexpensive proposition), we were disappointed to gaze across the street every day at the pool area and not be able to make use of it. Including this in future rentals would make this home a perfect choice.
