Close to the beach, restaurants, bar, grocery stores, gym, walking/biking trails, public transportation, approximately 12 minutes drive to SF Zoo & 20-25 minutes to downtown SF.

You will have the ADU space all to yourself.  
There is the main house separate from the ADU unit with its own entrance.
Guests do not have access to the main house and parking for the main house.    
The sound from the main house might be audible due to shared wall. 

Short Term Rental License approved by the City of Pacifica.

As a friendly reminder, if you have any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix them for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

No outdoor shoes inside the house, for better comfort, please pack your own indoor shoes.
Wash the dishes and organize trash for recycling purposes
Please do not use our towel to remove makeups or anything which will stain them.
Be respectful of the neighbours during your stay.
All devices are to be ON at all times. If WiFi is disconnected by guests, a team member will be onsite to assist and an after-hour rate of $150 will apply.
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Exterior security cameras in place. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Please ask for approval when you have visitors. Group of visitors or party size visitors are not allowed.
