Highchair for toddlers use and Graco Pack 'n Play Portable Playard with full-size infant bassinet are in the garage. Fireplace is not for use. Lower level of the backyard is not accessible Please respect this quiet residential neighborhood and keep noise down between 9pm to 8am. Please, turn OFF the main chandelier in the upstairs living room during quiet hours.

The property is in close proximity to Pacifica Linda Mar Shopping Center with various restaurants and grocery stores and excellent parks with kids’ playgrounds and open space for family. Convenient location to commute to San Francisco and SFO (~20mins drive). A car is highly recommended.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific cancellation policy applies to each platform. No Refund within 60 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $50 plus taxes per person, per night.

The quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m. Do not use the towels to remove makeup or refrain from any activities that would stain them. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet. Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling. We are committed to Rent Responsibly and with standards.
