CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. No Refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. Note: Small pets under 30 pounds and non-shedding breed dogs are welcome with a $200 fee of per pet per stay. Please inquire and seek approval from host first. Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a per there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $50 per person, per night.
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras in place, check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval, if you have visitors. Group of visitors or parties are not allowed. Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval. All devices are to be ON at all times, if WiFi is disconnected by guests, a team member will be sent to resolve, rate of $150/hr will be charged. Quiet hour starts at 10:00 p.m. No smoking in the house. Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain the towels. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene / feminine products will clog the toilet. Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling. "Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay.
