Additonal Notes: - The fireplace is only for decoration purpose, please do not use it. - The Double Bed is a Full Size Rollaway Bed for two people You will have the main house all to yourself. There is a studio above the garage which is not part of this rental. It is separate from the main house with its own entrance. Backyard is shared with the Studio Guests. Kindly use the blankets only in indoor spaces as they are not meant for outdoor use Do not play or climb over the fence surrounding the property Our maintenance person will be taking care of the trash bins - pull/push them back every Thursday

Whidbey Island is a picturesque long linear island that stretches for nearly 50 miles. It is in the Puget Sound, about 30 miles from Seattle. It is best described as a collection of a number of small harbor towns. Close to historic downtown Coupeville; Coupeville is Washington State's second oldest town with plenty to do and a wide variety of food options to sample from. Coupeville has everything you need for a fun-filled day with its beautiful beaches, historic farmland of Ebey's Landing, quaint horses, quirky shops and not to mention the great places to eat. If you are seafood lover, you are in for a treat. Coupeville is situated on Penn Cove, known for its mussels, clams and oyster beds. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 60 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be Called, and Legal Actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed. Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies. Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. — As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 02 guests $25 per person, per night.

If WiFi is disconnected by guest, a team member will be onsite to assist and an after hour rate of $150 will apply. Only registered guests are allowed on the premise.
