• No curtains in the living room - giving an unobstructed view of nature. 
• No shooting and hunting.
• Please be aware this is a desert environment; there are critters around once in awhile.
• High clearance vehicles are highly recommended in the desert; please avoid coming In cars which are too low.
• Please bring your own wood if you intend to use the outdoor fire-pit, as well as the indoor fireplace.
• Due to the combination of high winds, loose soil/sand in the desert, the cowboy tub will not be pre-filled with water to avoid getting the water dirty. Guests are welcome to fill it themselves. 
Please notify us 24 hours in advance, if additional service is required to fill the cowboy tub on the day of arrival.  (A $60 fee applies).

As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 02 guests $50 per person, per night.

house Rules

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras in place, check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval, if you have visitors.  Group of visitors or parties are not allowed. 
Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.
 All devices are to be ON at all times, if WIFI is disconnected by guests,  a team member will be sent to resolve, rate of $150/hr will be charged.  
The quiet hour starts at 10:00 p.m.  
No smoking in the house.  
Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene / feminine products will clog the toilet. 
Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.
