The property has been recently fixed up and that’s lovely. It’s in an up and coming neighborhood that is gentrifying but it’s definitely urban. It is super close to downtown which is a nice plus. The beds were nice for us. And the rain head shower was fantastic in the primary suite. The property managers were great to work with and very responsive. Parking is a little wonky. There is another house on the lot and the drive way is only on that side so while there is space to park your car you have to hop the curb especially if the other house has a car parked on the spot. Because it’s urban Long Beach street parking is hit or miss especially in the evenings. We brought our two dogs and while the whole property is fenced which is lovely the two houses aren’t separate from each other so you can’t just let the dogs out because they end up in the neighbor’s space. We had a lovely trip and we were grateful for the host being willing to let us bring our pets.

The home was beautiful! I have stayed in many Airbnb and not all are up to standards, but this place was great! very modern and up to date. clean and new construction. I will be staying again no doubt.
