The house was an absolutely perfect place to get away and enjoy some time by the ocean. You don't get better views than this.

The house was a little more dated than expected and the house next door wasn’t ideal to view when outside . It was boarded up and run down . It was nice to see the beach and listen to the waves we really enjoyed that . It was comfortable over All but I do think the house could use some updating and to show a clear picture of the surrounding area . Great restaurants near by in Rockaway beach so that was nice to be close to great dining . The house is also a short drive to the airport which was nice .

the home was Stunning however the home is not instant book while booking we found out we couldn't get to the property due to an emergency and asked for a date change not a refund. there was no accommodations available at all. we paid almost 2000 for 2nights and had to fight our way to the property for the last night to save any of our money. with that being said the property was STUNNING we just wished we wouod have been able to switch dates or some type of accommodation wouod have been made especially as Airbnb owners ourselves we know that its possible. if we wanted to travel to the area again and have an ocean view we would absolutely choose this location, with the understanding that they will not accommodate any type of emergencies
