We enjoyed our stay in this nice, spacious home. A few of us were working remote & there was plenty of space. We enjoyed cooking in the open kitchen. Our only issue for us was the walk-in shower. It is fairly small compared to the photos. Narrow space in front of the toilet. For us, we needed a more accessible walk in shower. That’s why we are giving a 4, as this impacted our stay & we had to pivot our routine. Upon arrival, the bath mats were still wet & left a musty odor in the bathrooms for a few days. We know this is out of the hosts control, but we didn’t know there is a shopping center behind the house & every day we smelled BBQ. Some days the smoke was so strong we had to keep the windows closed all day. The strong AC in the house helped. The TV room is comfortable. A second TV would be nice. Property is in a great location with less than 10mins to shops. Great communication from the property team, friendly, understanding of our concerns, our questions and was quick to respond.

there were missing parts about the house - locked rooms, minimal use of garage and did not share the locations for bedding for the pull out sofa bed. the sink faucet broke, we were repeatedly reminded of no parties and when I shared that my college student would be stopping by I was asked to have them leave by 10pm (not cool). the cost was excessive for the size and minimal amenities offered. we felt like we were being watched and one phrase stated that if more people than 8 were seen someone would come over right away. the shower did not have a temperature regulator on it and the temps swung radically. we will not recommend a stay here until items are better monitored. the best item was the citrus trees in the backyard.
