House Rule – Tropical Environment & Insects
Due to the tropical climate, insects such as ants, flies, and mosquitoes are common in the area. To help keep the home clean and comfortable, please follow these guidelines:
Dispose of trash daily and avoid leaving garbage inside the house overnight.
Do not leave sweet foods, fruits, or opened snacks on the counter or anywhere uncovered. These can attract ants quickly.
Keep doors and windows closed whenever possible to prevent flies and mosquitoes from entering.
Clean up food crumbs and spills immediately after cooking or eating.
Store all food in sealed containers or in the refrigerator.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a comfortable environment during your stay. 

Due to Cabo having a desert climate, there may be some dust indoors even with regular cleaning. Please remember to close windows when leaving the house to reduce dust entering the room. We also recommend bringing your own indoor slippers for comfort.

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras are in place. check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval if you have visitors. Group of visitors or parties are not allowed.  
Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.  
The quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m.  
No smoking in the house.  
Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them.  
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet.  
Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.  

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. We care about maintaining good relationships with our community, we appreciate that you follow our "house rules" during your stay.

Access

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the attached bunk room connection room that sleeps an additional 7 guests. Great for kids and teens who want to have “sleepovers”

Interaction with guests

Cabo Bello's private beach is a 7 minute walk where you can swim and sun tan from dusk til dawn. Cooler, umbrella, chairs included.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checkout, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.
