Lisa's place was clean and well-stocked. We had a parking issue when we arrived very late the first night. Lisa coordinated with the tenants, and the parking was all settled after that. The place is very nice, with 3 bathrooms, so the four of us were able to get to our conference efficiently. We're in Long Beach every year and would gladly stay here again.

Very cute little house. Newly remodeled and very spacious. The place we had booked originally, cancelled at the last minute. And Lisa was very quick and accommodating. Which was a huge relief and we could continue with our vacation. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Price for this Airbnb was good. The location is in a run down neighborhood and parking was not good. There was no clear instructions on how to use gated driveway and someone was always parked in it anyways. Homeless on the streets surrounding house and 24/7 Tobacco Mart across the street was loud all night long with fights breaking out. The actual house was super cute and nice inside. The surroundings weren’t that great. (At night was when we felt uncomfortable) The location is close to a lot and price reflects surroundings. The best and furnishings are super comfortable. Pros and Cons.
