Wendy’s place was great for a family of four. The bedrooms are well laid out and the home is brand new. The yard is a touch small but there is a great park in walking distance. And the neighborhood is extremely safe and neighborly. Overall a great stay!

Pros: Beautiful, big house. Very spacious, clean (except for white furniture) and every room has their own bathroom. The neighborhood felt safe and very quiet. We did many walks around the area with our daughter who was recovering from a major surgery. Close to stores and restaurants. Very responsive host. They ordered 2 outdoor chairs after we checked in to have somewhere to sit on the deck outside. Plenty of space for larger family to stay. There was just 3 of us most the time with occasional family visitors to see our daughter so it was more than enough! Cons: We stayed there for about 2 months. Since day one we had issues with ants in the kitchen only. Host was responsive and dropped off traps which didn’t seem to help. We chose to not spray the ant Raid they had under the sink in the kitchen for personal reasons. Choose your battles. Couch is rather small for such a big house. Needs a nice big sectional!Lighting issues and leaky faucets/disposal. We just fixed them ourselves.
