This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

I have stayed in several Airbnbs around the world and this place was exactly as advertised, brand new, spotless and in a neighborhood in the valley with dramatic views of mountains and waterfalls. Just north of the neighborhood is a beautiful beach with breathtaking sunsets. The location was peaceful on the west side in a gated community where we always felt safe and away from the city bustle. We drove all over the island with access to the North and resort areas. We had 3 generations of couples and this house was perfect to 4 couples. Stella was incredibly responsive and flexible with us. Highly recommend this new, clean and wonderful location!
