There were a couple of things, like a little trash outside, that I noticed when I got their, but the host was super responsive and even offered to send somebody to pick it up. Ben answered our questions very quickly and really made us feel at home. It is a very spacious and comfortable home in a very peaceful gated community. Only one car fits in the garage, not two, but another car fits in the driveway and there is some street parking.

This seems like a new listing here in Placentia. It is a new construction home in a gated community where new homes are being constructed. Ben was a great host and very responsive. The home did not have many things when we checked in (for example, no spoons or forks, only a couple of cups, no maker, only one set of bedsheets). Ben ordered the things immediately but they should have been there in a house meant for so many people. The garbage was not taken out properly and I had to take out the previous tenant’s garbage which was not ideal. Overall, I would recommend the place as Ben was a good responsive host.
