NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 2 guests, $50 per person, per night.

House Rules

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras in place, check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval, if you have visitors. Group of visitors or parties are not allowed.

Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.

All devices are to be ON at all times, if WiFi is disconnected by guests, a team member will be sent to resolve, rate of $150/hr will be charged.

The quiet hour starts at 10:00 p.m.

No smoking in the house.

Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene / feminine products will clog the toilet.

Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

The house is nice. looks like it was built in a rush years ago. It is an okay house but the yard and other shed/back house could be renovated. Glass and garbage in the yard was not that appealing so I tried to clean it up. Feel like I paid more then it was worth to be honest. I hope it gets fixed up and the yard gets cleaned up then I think the house would definitely be worth it. A walkway into the home from the many doors would help less dirt get attracted into the house. Just suggestions so people can enjoy the house in the nice neighborhood.
