Nos paso con dos casas en L. Angeles, contratas una casa en un ubicación, y la casa está en un lugar mucho peor, y a 12km de la zona contratada.... Te cobran un precio, se una zona mejor... Porque sino esa zona de Long Beach la gente no lo renta porque no le gusta..

The home has clearly been remodeled and is nicely decorated inside. However, we did find about seven dead roaches. On the plus side, it seems an exterminator had likely addressed the issue, but unfortunately the cleanup had not been done. Parking was also a challenge, there are only two shared driveway spots, and during our stay the other home used both. While street parking is free, it takes 20 minutes to find an open spot. The property itself matched the listing, but the surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe. During our stay, we noticed people sleeping in cars outside and others openly using drugs nearby. My sister walked to the market and some dudes told her “stay safe out here”. This may not be the best option for guests seeking a safe or family-friendly environment. On a positive note, the location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk or a 10-minute drive to the beach, and the host was consistently responsive, usually within 30 minutes whenever we needed assistance.
