CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit (30 nigths and more): $500 USD — We have a NO pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, we only allow small pets with a fee of $100 per small pet per stay. And never large animals allowed. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.
House Rules
- Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Ask for approval, if you have visitors, GROUP of visitors, or party size visitors are not allowed. - Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, Ask for approval. - All devices have to be ON at all time, if WiFi disconnected by guests, we will send team member to fix right way, and after hours rate at $150 apply to guests - Please respect the community: keep outside noise to a minimum at all the time, quiet hour after 10pm. - No smoking in or around the house. - No Events or Parties allowed. - Separate trash for recycling purposes. - We do have coyotes and other animals that lives near mountains, avoid being out late alone. - Parking is limited to 1 cars max. - Please don’t use our towel to remove makeups, or anything would cause stains. - No outside shoes inside of the house, for better comfort, please pack your own indoor shoes. - Please clean your dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling purpose. - Please park on our side of the house, in front of the garage or near the mailbox. We're not responsible for cars being Towed away due to illegal parking in neighbors parking lots - Street Parking is limited, at best impossible, so please carpool "Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Stella’s house was amazing. The interior is gorgeous and cozy. We took full advantage of the pool and outdoor tv. Being able to park in the garage was a big plus. I would 1000% recommend anyone to stay here.

Stella was a great host and so easy to communicate with. I appreciated the fact that she usually responded right away as well. Self check in was easy and the house fit our needs as a group of five. It looks just as beautiful as it does in the photos, although the pool is a bit smaller than we expected. Parking is available in the garage or streets. I would've like to have extra toilet paper accessible as one of the bathrooms barely had half a roll when we arrived, and a sponge would've been helpful to clean the dishes. It seems a bit excessive to run the dishwasher for one mug. Other than that, no complaints and I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you!

The house is very chic and the decor is very upscale. While the space is beautiful the house is way smaller in person than the photos suggested, we were so surprised how small it was when we arrived. We were a bachelorette of 5 girls (only 3 spent the night) and it felt pretty crowded with all of us downstairs in the living room, which is the only available indoor common space. Our sound-healer barely fit her setup in the corner for our session and we couldn’t all fit there with a massage table set up. The bedroom at the top of the stairs has a see through sliding door. We had no problem sleeping in there but there’s no privacy, you can lock eyes with anyone going up/down stairs. Each bathroom was stocked with a single roll of toilet paper which was not enough, even hotels have more toilet paper. The pool is really cute but note that heating it to an ok temperature is an extra fee. The backyard space is cute but there’s only space for one inflatable in the pool and one out of the pool
