This home away from home has a lot to offer with beautiful beaches, local snorkeling, and eateries all within a 10-minute drive.

This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

Driveway parking. No parking allowed on the street and road. Dedicated parking space for the unit is located at the right side. The left-side parking is for other unit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.
Security Deposit ($500 USD)
As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checkout, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no-pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay.

Also, an extra guest fee applies after 2 guests, $50 per person, per night.

Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.

The quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m.

Do not use towels to remove makeup or refrain from any activities that would stain them.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, and hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet.

Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber, die Umgebung war sehr schön und das Bett sehr bequem. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und es war sehr leise. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden uns freuen, noch einmal wieder zu kommen ☺️

Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the island. Very well maintained facility and the gated community is a definite plus. This unit is a downstairs location and if renters are upstairs it can get a tad noisy, but if you’re accustomed to apartment or duplex living it shouldn’t be a problem. We enjoyed our stay !

Overall our stay at Christine's apartment was wonderful. The location is away from the crowds of Waikiki beach, and is very peaceful, quiet, and tranquil. All the amenities are there as described including A/C, Washer and Dryer. The apartment was very clean, and well kept. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who wants to be a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. A couple of things to keep in mind when you visit: 1. You will need a car as the location is away from the city center 2. The local restaurants and stores close early 3. You can hear the neighbors walking, and foot steps that live on top of the apartment.

We asked permission for 2 grandchildren to stay overnight one night. Request denied saying the property could only accommodate 2 people and they wanted to avoid "large groups". These were small children and there were 2 queen beds on the property. Were they worried about noise? Yet the apartment above us was noisy as footsteps were loud & constant. The home behind us had a late evening noisy party despite rules in the neighborhood prohibiting it. Their concern was manifest further with numerous reminders about rules regarding visitors, noise and parking despite repeated confirmations from us we understood. After the third "reminder" of rules in as many days after we had responded to the prior two, we asked them to stop harassing us. Despite parking rules, we had a truck blocking the street in front of our driveway which we reported. Internet went down. Streaming services were unavailable. Room was cramped. In short it was an unpleasant experience. Would not stay here again
