NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay.  Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $50 plus taxes per person, per night.

To provide a more homely experience a $45 damage protection program is in place to secure after the booking is confirmed for enhanced protection and peace of mind allowing you to fully enjoy your visit without any concerns!

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. We appreciate that you ask for approval if you have visitors. 

We kindly remind you that this is a no-event or party listing. 

We have a strict no-smoking policy. 

Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.

The quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m.

Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, and hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet. 

Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

We had an incredible time staying here. The host was responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. The home is as described in the listing, very comfortable, very clean, etc... The views and privacy are beyond description. We would love the opportunity to stay again and would definitely book this home if our travels returned us to the area.

Gorgeous house with beautiful views! There were 6 of us and we were all very comfortable! Host was very responsive/attentive to all of our questions. There is a nice supermarket close by. Tesla supercharger in the garage was a plus! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! We loved it!
