We stayed here for over two months while our home nearby was being remodeled. The house was very clean and had lots of comfy blankets and pillows. The appliances were very nice and worked great. The mattresses were comfortable. The lake was peaceful and the neighborhood is quiet. It is close to a grocery store with a handful of restaurant options. There was a maintenance issue while we were there and the host was extremely polite and it was fixed timely. We probably had more interaction with the host then those who would be on vacation and they tried their hardest to accommodate us and again were very polite. Due to our longer stay, we also cleaned regularly and there was ample supplies available. I would recommend this place for families.

Marbella was very accommodating with a late check-out. She was very responsive to messages and friendly. There was confusion on what docks belonged to the property, and we ended up using a neighbor's dock that seemed to belong to the airbnb. The neighbors reached out to Marbella to let her know and we immediately stopped using it. After that, we noticed the neighbors outside a lot and peering into our Airbnb yard. That felt uncomfortable. The futon bed in the 4th bedroom was also not comfortable at all. The place was overall very pretty.
