This is a unique property in Reno. You find yourself sitting with a coffee in the morning watching horses get brushed out and trotting around the training enclosure, whilst looking at green fields and then Mt Rose. You can walk to Rancharrah where there are very up market coffee shops and restaurants. Lots of space downstairs to accommodate a large family.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We rented the property for our wedding weekend and had all of the bridesmaids get ready here the morning of , it was perfect. The space was beautiful, peaceful, and made such a special backdrop for the start of the day. The horses were incredible and such a unique touch, we loved being able to be so close to them. The location was also amazing, especially being so close to Rancharrah. Everything felt convenient while still feeling private and relaxing. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend such an important weekend. Highly recommend!
