CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.
Security Deposit ($500 USD)

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property. Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.
As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.
Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night.

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras are in place. check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval if you have visitors. Group of visitors or parties are not allowed.  
Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.  
The quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m.  
No smoking in the house.  
Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them.  
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet.  
Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.  

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. We care about maintaining good relationships with our community, we appreciate that you follow our "house rules" during your stay.

It was a decent property however there is no A/C be aware of this before going.

Pros: Spacious, clean, comfortable beds. Great location. Hosts were very responsive. The neighborhood was very safe. I felt comfortable leaving the windows open at night. Cons: Kitchen was not very well equipped. Hard to cook with what was there. Dishwasher was not attached and fell forward. One of the burners on the range did not work. The stopper in the bathtub did not work. Overall: It was a lovely house and very accommodating for the 7 people that stayed. We never felt crowded. A few things that didn’t work are why I have it 4 stars. With those things fixed, I would definitely give it 5 stars!
