Gardener will come once a month for this house, normally in the first week’s Tuesday around 11-1pm.

We loved the view, hot tub, fire pit and sauna! The main bedroom and ensuite were awesome. We enjoyed walks st nearby beaches, a wonderful dinner at the Moonraker, crab sandwiches at Nick's and shopping at Half Moon Bay. We even went to dinner in San Franscisco via uber and took a day trip to Senoma and Napa for wine tasting. It was wonderful! Would love to come back!

Such a beautiful stay! The beach was also so beautiful. A nice getaway near San Francisco but close to a beautiful beach just head straight down.

Good location and great views of the ocean when it wasn't foggy. The neighborhood is congested but the yard is fully fenced which was great. Loved the many porches and hot tub with ocean views. Very nice decor and back yard area. We did not love the glass bathroom door because there was no privacy and the downstairs shower floor was extremely slippery so use caution but overall very nice stay!

Overall, I would have to agree with previous reviews. This was an older, renovated house with a beautiful view. The Marbella team is very good at keeping the lines of communication open and reaching out during your visit to make sure things are moving along smoothly. This was a nice stay for this price point and I do feel that I would stay again. A few notes for future visitors: The house is located in a low to mid-grade neighborhood. It has a lot of steps to access the house and some of the amenities, including the top bedroom, the sauna and the hot tub. There is only one TV in the entire house and it is in the front room which is exposed by a huge wall of windows with see-through curtains (no privacy curtains). There are only a few windows with screens and no AC so if you stay in hot weather, be prepared to have to leave the windows/doors open at the risk of bugs stopping in to join you. The ocean is easy to see but not really walkable. These are just FYI's.
