Lastly, drive to Fassler Ave & Roberts rd. at the golden hour to experience - ‘A Million Dollar View’ of pacific ocean/rockaway beach. It’s literally just 1-2 minutes from the property! Follow by roasteries treats at soul grind coffee roasters in Pacifica.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage, a few closets and cabinets that we have locked. The private backyard, and the landscape 7,500 sqft are available for your exclusive use.


Known for its beaches, hiking, and annual Pacific Coast Fog Festival, Pacifica is a popular spot for surfers and outdoor enthusiasts, who are drawn to the city's rugged coastline and rolling hills. 

The city of approximately 38,000 is located north of Half Moon Bay along the coast and includes Pedro Point, Linda Mar and Rockaway beaches. 

From the chilled out surfer to the executive looking for a place to relax - it's all here (beach, surf, whale watching, fishing, mountain bike trails, farmers market, wine bar, restaurants, bus stop, etc.), and everybody loves it - you will see!

The walk score is 95 out of 100.


Pacifica is located very centrally, about 20 minutes from Half Moon Bay, 15 minutes from SFO and 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco. A public bus system runs from Linda Mar, which is 2-5 minutes from the property. 

A car is highly recommended.


CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies on each platforms. NO Refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. 
Security Deposit ($500 USD)
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be Cancelled. COPS will be Called, and Legal Actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furnitures, and decorations are NOT allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you've visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.
As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.
Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. 

Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests, $50 plus taxes per person, per night.

Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Ask for approval, if you have visitors, GROUP of visitors, or party size visitors are not allowed.
Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, Ask for approval. 
All devices have to be ON at all time, if WiFi disconnected by guests, we will send team member to fix right way, and after hours rate at $150 apply to guests

Please keep noise to a minimum at all the time, quiet hour after 10pm.
No smoking in the house.
No Events or Parties allowed.
We do have coyotes and other animals that lives near mountains, avoid being out late alone. 
Parking is limited to 3 cars max. 
Please don’t use our towel to remove makeups, or anything would cause stains.
No outside shoes inside of the house, for better comfort, please pack your own indoor shoes. 
Please clean your dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling purpose.
Please park on our side of the house, in front of the garage or near the mailbox. We're not responsible for cars being Towed away due to illegal parking in neighbors parking lots
Street Parking is limited, at best impossible, so please carpool
No wheelchair accessibility, must climb stairs - Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.

A very relaxing location and walkable to the beach

Charming home in the woods. Close to the beach. The many, many stairs to get in and around are NOT for everybody.

It was a perfect stay!

Really enjoyed the home. Very unique and a great location. The hot tub was great and had room to sleep everyone. The only negative was both neighbors were far from friendly, I wouldn’t recommend engaging with them. However, the place itself was absolutely great.
