The Wave House is a stunning cliffside cottage situated on the coveted West Beach on Whidbey Island. This awe-inspiring Salish Sea ocean front gem oversees the picturesque Anacortes, Victoria, Port Townsend and the Olympics sight-lines. Our lovely and newly renovated single-story bungalow can perfectly accommodate groups up to10. With easy access to parks, hiking trails and sandy beaches that stretch for miles, this charming house is also conveniently located just minutes away from downtown Oak Harbor where you can find all your vacation essentials, tourist shopping, local wineries and famed seafood. 

Upon your arrival at The Wave House, you won’t miss our authentic and handmade wooden fence with wavy patterns that await your serene vacation to start. This little gem offers generous windows with incredible oceanfront and sunset views right from the comfort of the living room and dining room. Overlooking an unparalleled coastal view, you may also see surfers and paddle boarders at Longboarder’s Point and other wildlife and marine life such as bald eagles, whales and orcas just to name a few. After dark, start a bonfire and have a warm and cozy S'mores night with family and friends under the stars around the fire pit or gather around the deck and enjoy a glass of wine. 

Only 20 minutes away, don’t forget to venture out on a day trip to one of the most scenic wonder of the State of Washington, Deception Pass State Park and the iconic Deception Pass Bridge. Boat tours are also available to take visitors under Deception Pass Bridge. Other popular area attractions include Fort Nugent Park, Fort Ebey State Park, golfing at Whidbey Golf Club & Gallery Golf Club. Bedroom 1: King bed with private bath and adjacent to a private den / office (with a sliding barn door for privacy) & a sofa bed (full size), overlooking the coastal views and skyline. Desk available for WFH. 
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed cottage is a shed-converted living space in the backyard.  Desk available for WFH, overlooking the coastal & mountain view. Detached from the main house with complete privacy. No attached bathroom.  

Additional notes:
This is an oceanfront property with no direct access to the beach.
Please note cell phone signals may be poor at the property but it is suggested to enable wifi calling if it is available on your phone setting.
The area may experience seasonal strong winds as it is close to the coast.
Do not play or climb over the fence surrounding the property
Our maintenance person will be taking care of the trash bins - pull/push them back every Thursday

CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. No Refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.
Security Deposit ($500 USD)
As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.
Note: Small pets under 30 pounds and non-shedding breed dogs are welcome with a $200 fee of per pet per stay. Please inquire and seek approval from host first.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a per there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $50 per person, per night.

house Rules

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras in place, check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval, if you have visitors.  Group of visitors or parties are not allowed. 
Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval. 
All devices are to be ON at all times, if WiFi is disconnected by guests,  a team member will be sent to resolve, rate of $150/hr will be charged. 
Quiet hour starts at 10:00 p.m.
No smoking in the house. 
Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain the towels. 
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene / feminine products will clog the toilet.                  
Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

Great home with everything one needs for a comfortable family getaway. Kitchen had full amenities, board games to pass the time, fire pit and patio furniture to enjoy the outdoors. This is a beautiful home.

We had a great stay at Marbella’s place. The view is amazing! The sunsets are incredible. The home was clean, spacious and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the camera on the back deck. It felt a bit invasive. But we’d stay here again.

Beautiful view of the water, absolutely stunning. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood which was nice and its still close to deception pass state park, Coupeville and other island towns. Hosts were very clear and responsive.
