Our flight arrived early, I reached out to the host but was unable to check in early. That was fine. We were scheduled to check in at 4. We arrived and the host was there. He was doing some last minute cleaning. The house smelled like old mop water. The floors were still wet in the kitchen and living room. We were not allowed to have guest at the house or we could face eviction. The whole reason we came down was to celebrate the passing of my son who passed last year. We chose Denver because that’s where he was born but it would’ve been an additional fee for anyone else to come visit. Overall the host was friendly and helpful. It did feel like we were being watched because he came and took the trash cans to the curb instead of requesting us to do it. He also pulled right up before check out time. He was outside waiting at 10:43am and we were scheduled to leave at 11am. Other than that it was a decent stay.

Marbella's place was clean, cozy, and perfect for our girls' trip staycation! They communicated well and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location was ideal, just a short Uber ride to Downtown Denver. However, one of the four bedrooms is in the basement and two floors down from the other three, which made it feel isolated and less desirable for our crew. The host was very thorough and has strict rules regarding the number of guests and visitors. If you plan on having guests during your stay, this may not be the best place for you. The place was well-stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of blankets and a fully equipped kitchen. We did encounter some issues with the garbage disposal, but we managed to make it work. Additionally, it snowed one night while we were there, and the host had someone come to scrape the driveway and steps before we woke up the next morning. I would highly this place to anyone visiting the Denver/Arvada area!

Very nice place and lovely place, just felt like home. Host was very responsive all the time and easy to reach. Kitchen has everything we needed. We enjoyed our time in Denver.

The place was as pictured. It was plenty of space for my group and I. It had nice amenities and was in a quiet location. House had clear instructions that were easy to follow. Only con was that the dishwasher/garbage disposal wasn’t working and we didn’t find out until the night before we left and got ready to clean our dishes. I am sure the host would have had this fixed had they’d known sooner.
