Important information if you have rented a car: 

Ilikai Resort Valet Parking:
Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $28 a day with in/out privileges, you must tip for each time. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations needed. Just arrive anytime and valet staff is on duty.

Lagoon Parking:
The Ilikai back foyer has a ramp that drops you right on the lagoon on the ocean side. You can park free on the left side during the day for up to 6 hours. These spaces always fill up with surfers during the day but open up throughout the day. There is no parking after 10:30 p.m. in the free parking area. All cars are towed right at 10:30 p.m. sharp so don't forget your car there.

Directly across from the free parking spaces there are numbered paid parking stalls that you can use for $1 an hour. Park in any stall and purchase your ticket from the machine at the entrance to the lot by can choose any amount of hours you want. The machines take cash and credit cards.

Ilikai Bell Captain:
The bell captain or valets can assist you with your bags and deliver them to your room when you arrive or when you leave. Tipping is recommended. 

Red Lobster Parking:
Across the street on the west side on Hobron Lane is Red Lobster. There is a parking garage located there that offers parking for $23 per day. Please check updated rates upon arrival.

As a friendly reminder, if you have any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out.

We have a  strict no-smokingolicy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests, $25 plus taxes per person, per night.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, and hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet.

Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

Nice location. End unit so great cross breezes. Mattresses were especially firm with no cushion so not the most comfortable.
