Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras in place, check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval, if you have visitors. Group of visitors or parties are not allowed.

Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.
All devices are to be ON at all times, if WiFi is disconnected by guests, a team member will be sent to resolve, rate of $150/hr will be charged.

The quiet hour starts at 10:00 p.m.

No smoking in the house.

Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene / feminine products will clog the toilet.

Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

Water pressure great, space great, however we wanted to check in 2 hours early but was going to be charged $80 when we were going to check out a day early that was already paid for. I feel like we could’ve made some kind of deal. Also, the drawers in kitchen were lined with tin foil. They wanted all the trash separated into recycling but I paid for a cleaning service. Why should I even have to take the trash out?? The temperature was frigid when we checked in and it took forever to get regulated. The house is an air bnb but was lacking in many home away from home necessities such as a pair of scissors. The house needed dish rags, more paper towels and a bigger ironing board.

Great place, with a couple minor touches it would really be fabulous. Add potholders, a few more forks, and a new coat of paint at this would be a perfect home away from home. Many amenities and plenty of space!
