• Laundry & storage is located in the garage.  Garage is a shared space.  Housekeeping staff might access the garage during your stay. They will access the garage through the garage door and not through the private space of the house or backyard.
•Due to the strong wind in the area, the cowboy tub will not fill with water. Please inform us in advance if you need the additional service to fill the cowboy tub on the day of your arrival. (A $60 fee per tub refill).

As a friendly reminder, if you have any issues during your stay, please bring to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $50 per person, per night.

All devices have to be on at all time, if WiFi disconnected by guests, we will send a team member to fix right way, and after-hours rate of $150 apply to guests

Honestly could not complain about much here. A beautiful home in a lovely location. Daisy was very accurate and responsive in all of our communications. I would highly recommend this host and this property.

Marbella Lane was everything and more! The location is just perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and it was so nice walking into such a clean space after spending a full day in the park. The jacuzzi and all the amenities really made it a special experience. I would absolutely book Marbella Ave again for my next trip to Joshua Tree. Highly recommend!!

The interior of the house is very stylish and has been renovated to a high standard. The bedrooms are comfortable with quality bedding. The fridge in the kitchen is inadequate for a house that can accommodate 8 guests. There were no shelves in it, which meant a walk into the garage to a second fridge. There were too many labels on drawers, cupboards and doors such as ‘do not use’ which did not come across as very friendly or welcoming. The outside of the property and garden area was disappointing and badly maintained. It’s such a shame as it had the potential to be stunning . It was uncared for and needed a good tidy up. The outside furniture was unsuitable and did not resemble the photographs. The BBQ area was greasy underfoot and needed a deep clean, not a place you wanted to cook food on. It wouldn’t take a lot to bring the outside up to the same standard as inside and for the price paid (over $2000 for 3 nights) you would expect a high standard all round.
