Security Deposit ($500 USD)
As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checkout, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.
In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay.

Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $50 per person, per night.

We have a strict no smoking policy. 

Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.

The quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m.

Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet.

Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

This is a great apartment within walking distance to downtown Long Beach and the Convention Center. It's nicely decorated and very spacious, not to mention it has gorgeous views. It could definitely use some more kitchen supplies, and there are some minor repairs to be made, but mostly everything was functional. The building security was fantastic. We had a key fob that didn't work and the security guard was super helpful and reassuring. The host was unhelpful though, just repeatedly asking us to get in touch with building maintenance on our own. We also had a major storm this weekend and there were multiple leaks in the apartment, and we were told to just tell the building management. It seemed like the host couldn't really do anything for us.

The place was so perfect! I loved staying there! Christine was fast attentive when I had questions and concerned! Would definitely stay here again!
