Backyard pizza oven - not for guest use.

Garage - not for guest use. Driveway parking - 2 cars. DO NOT park at the right hand side parking spaces when facing to the house.
 
Trash day - every Wednesday.

Gardener will come once a month for this house, normally in the first week’s Tuesday around 11-1pm.

We had a WONDERFUL experience at this location! Highly recommend. I'll list my pro's and con's to give insight to my experience. We would definitely rent this location again. PRO'S: Always received a quick response with host - within the hour. (even at night) The view of the ocean was beautiful. GREAT BATHTUB - definitely my favorite part of the house! The house was clean and well put together, no clutter. The hot tube was nice! I'm obsessed with the kitchen appliances. 10/10 recommend this place! CON: The stairs leading up to the house are steep and they do not have an arm rail, only about half of the stairs have a low rail. Just be careful. Yet, if you struggle going up stairs be aware you have to go up outside and then again inside to get to the master bedroom. All in all, we had a pleasant experience.

Great house with amazing views and amenities! Host is very responsive and accommodating with our requests. Definitely our go to whenever we are in the bay area.

5* accommodation. clean and beautiful. host was responsive and even left us some snacks upon check in. Place was peaceful with amazing Seaviews.
