The location of this property is in a very friendly neighborhood. A neighbor even shared her extra newspaper one morning. Lovely! There is a beautiful park minutes away that is family-friendly for all ages. The beach is also just minutes away. The home had easy access for seniors with a very stable banister for the entrance stairs. The layout was open and trip-free with even surfaces. All very important. The hosts are lovely to work with and are most helpful. We were allowed to have my sister drop off groceries head of time as we were arriving very late from the east coast. The decor in this home is modern and very trendy. The kitchen work space is small but very function for two people to cook/clean at the same time. There is plenty of seating in the main living room. The gardens were wild but beautiful in their natural state. The outdoor seating area on the main floor had a stunning view. The lower outdoor area was very private. Comfy beds. Clean bed linens. Very good stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious and very clean. The location was good for our visit and we were able to visit San Francisco plus many other areas with an easy drive. The host was very responsive to questions and overall helpful. We would definitely stay in this home again.
