• The shared space has 1 Twin Bed and 1 Double Sofa Bed
• lovely home located in prestigious pedro point with amazing ocean views from the living room, and bedrooms

- Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Ask for approval, if you have visitors, GROUP of visitors, or party size visitors are not allowed.
- Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, Ask for approval. 
- All devices have to be ON at all time, if WiFi disconnected by guests, we will send team member to fix right way, and after hours rate at $150 apply to guests

- This is a very quiet neighborhood. The people living here enjoys nature and solitude. Please respect the community: keep outside noise to a minimum at all the time, quiet hour after 10pm.
- No smoking in or around the house.
- No Events or Parties allowed.
- Separate trash for recycling purposes.
-We do have coyotes and other animals that lives near mountains, avoid being out late alone. 
- Parking is limited to 4 cars max. 
- Hot-tub/Jacuzzi usage until 10PM
- Please don’t use our towel to remove makeups, or anything would cause stains.
- No outside shoes inside of the house, for better comfort, please pack your own indoor shoes. 
- Please clean your dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling purpose.
- Please park on our side of the house, in front of the garage or near the mailbox. We're not responsible for cars being Towed away due to illegal parking in neighbors parking lots
- Street Parking is limited, at best impossible, so please carpool

As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay.

Pacifica is located very centrally, about 20 minutes from Half Moon Bay, 15 minutes from SFO and 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco. A public bus system runs from Linda Mar, which is 2-5 minutes from the property. 

A car is highly recommended.

Known for its beaches, hiking, and annual Pacific Coast Fog Festival, Pacifica is a popular spot for surfers and outdoor enthusiasts, who are drawn to the city's rugged coastline and rolling hills. 

The city of approximately 38,000 is located north of Half Moon Bay along the coast and includes Pedro Point, Linda Mar and Rockaway beaches. 

From the chilled out surfer to the executive looking for a place to relax - it's all here (beach, surf, whale watching, fishing, mountain bike trails, farmers market, wine bar, restaurants, bus stop, etc.), and everybody loves it - you will see!

Great beautiful spacious place. Good for group of 6-8. Great views. Host very responsive.

We loved our stay at Christine's place. Watching the surfers from the hot tub was a treat. The beds were comfy, the showers were hot for everyone, and the amenities were all there. Even walkable to a surf shop and a great brunch if you need a quad workout. It is a serious hill, but getting in and out of ride shares gave us all a laugh. Definitely would recommend!

Stunning views of the ocean, clean, comfortable and calm design, nice and clean-- highly recommend!! The only caveat is the lightbulbs used in the house are those harsh "blue" light LED's, and also waaay too bright, which gives the house that cold refrigerator feel. They could use some warmer LED bulbs (and some dimmers!), to make the house cozier and more pleasant to be in. The beautiful kitchen pendant, for example, is totally unusable because the bulbs are way too bright. A seemingly small point but makes a big difference in atmosphere. Hopefully, an easy fix. Otherwise, it's absolutely gorgeous.
