NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property. Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

 Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $25 plus taxes per person, per night.

Only registered guests are allowed on the premise. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Group of visitors or party size visitors are not allowed.
Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, Ask for approval. 
All devices have to be ON at all time, if WiFi is disconnected by guests, we will send team member onsite to have it fixed and after hours rate at $150 apply to guests

Please keep noise to a minimum at all time, quiet hour after 10pm.
No smoking in the house.
No Events or Parties allowed.
Parking is limited to 2 cars max. 
Please do not use our towels to remove makeups, or anything would cause stains.
Please wear indoor footwear inside the house.
Please clean your dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling purpose.
