CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. NO Refund within 60 days of check-in, if you book on our website.
Security Deposit ($500 USD)
As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.
Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $25 per person, per night.

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras are in place. check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval if you have visitors. Group of visitors or parties are not allowed.

Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.

The quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m.

No smoking in the house.

Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, and hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet.

Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. We care about maintaining good relationships with our community, we appreciate that you follow our "house rules" during your stay.

The house was very clean and conveniently located, and it featured great service from the Marbella team. I would stay here again with my family.

Clean and nice beds, nice living room for family movie night. Great kitchen for cooking. Overall no clutter, clean and comfortable for our family of 4 visiting family nearby. It didn’t bother me, but you can hear the train early in the mornings. Would have used the backyard if there was appropriate furniture. Needed to buy some basics like aluminum foil, salt and laundry detergent. Wendy was friendly but could have also passed as chat gpt. The responses were corporate and informational. When inquiring about the fluctuations in pricing before reserving, I was told that it was solely “based on supply and demand.” A bit frustrating when you stay 6 nights but at 7 could have stayed for nearly the same because of the weekly discount. Or the fact that the nightly cost was wavering between $220-$270 depending on what hour I was checking. I guess that’s corporate Airbnb watching my interest and inflating the price accordingly. Overall positives outweighed negatives and I would stay again!

home LOOKS great, but needs minor maintenance: a kitchen cabinet door fell off when we opened it, crumbs/crackers on shelves, wet (clean) linens in the dryer, light bulbs out, window that wouldn't open. A mirror and wastebasket in each bedroom would be convenient. Otherwise, the place was very comfortable, loved the kitchen and bathroom with fan, heater, good water pressure, large lighted mirror. Park a block down the street was nice too.
