Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval if you have visitors. Group of visitors or parties are not allowed.  
Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.
The quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m.  
No smoking in the house.  
Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them.  Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet.  
Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

Our stay at Wendy's place was beyond great. Clean, quiet, and safe. What else could you ask for? Wait, there is more. Walkable to Cyclebar, restaurants, Target, and Cal train. The place was perfect for my wife and I as we had enough space and we both worked remotely all week and both bedrooms had desks and great strong Wifi. Hope to come back shortly. This really is a 6 star place...
