Union City is a small city (population ~74,000) located in the southern part of the East Bay portion of the San Francisco Bay Area region of California. It is bordered to the north by the city of Hayward and to the south by the city of Fremont. It is part of the Tri-Cities area, which consists of Union City, Fremont, and Newark.

• 2 mins drive to Island Pacific Seafood Market, Starbread Bakery, Taco Bell, Starbucks, Thai Kitchen, Raja Sweets & Indian Cuisine, etc.


A car is highly recommended.


CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies on each platforms. No refund within 60 days of check-in, if you book on our website.
Security Deposit ($500 USD)
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. COPS will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are NOT allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you've visitors, and fee will apply for additional guests.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.
As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring to our attention. We would love to resolve it for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.
In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $25 per person, per night.

house Rules

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras in place, check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval, if you have visitors.  Group of visitors or parties are not allowed. 
Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.
All devices are to be ON at all times, if WiFi is disconnected by guests,  a team member will be sent to resolve the issue, a rate of $150/hr will be charged.  
The quiet hour starts at 10:00 p.m.  
No smoking in the house.  
Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene / feminine products will clog the toilet. 
Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling

Great airbnb experience! Excellent location! Quiet neighborhood, very close to everything! Very clean and well equipped house with spacious parking lot and garage for your convenience. the arrangements was easy! Wendy is a wonderful host, very attentive and professional! When we did run into questions, she got right back to us and made the whole stay the best. Can highly recommend !

The location is not as it was described, the area was okay but the area is like a block away from an area that is kind of sketch. The floors were dirty, although we didnt realize how bad until we took off our socks or others who walked barefoot. We could not increase the heat from 70 degrees because of an issue from another reservation, but I was not told that this was the case and it got low in the 40's at night and maybe the 50's in the day we stayed during Christmas Eve. Also the bathroom had a foul odor like a sewage smell, we had to buy plug ins and they did a little bit of justice but the smell was still there. The front and back yards need maintenance. We only stayed because we had came in from Southern California and it was the holidays otherwise we would have packed up and left. I would ask for a walkthrough if possible if planning to stay here.
