It is bordered to the north by the city of Hayward and to the south by the city of Fremont. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 60 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property. Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed. Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies. Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. — As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $25 per person, per night.
