NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property. Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $25 per person, per night.

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras in place, check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval, if you have visitors.  Group of visitors or parties are not allowed. 
Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.
All devices are to be ON at all times, if WiFi is disconnected by guests,  a team member will be sent to resolve the issue, a rate of $150/hr will be charged.  
The quiet hour starts at 10:00 p.m.  
No smoking in the house.  
Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene / feminine products will clog the toilet. 
Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

House was good. Neighborhood was ok. Tried to check out early because circumstances changed and wasn’t able to get any sort of refund for days unused. Would be nice if they were more flexible

The place is clean. The mattresses are heavenly. It is spacious. The residential neighborhood is great for walks. We tried the oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. All worked well. Refrigerator is roomy. Very good experience.

We had a comfortable stay at Marbella ln. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, was squeaky clean and we felt right at home.
