Hot tub is out of order and not part of the house amenities
This is an oceanfront property with no direct access to the beach.
The third bedroom is a garage-converted living space detached from the main house with no attached bathroom.
Do not play or climb over the fence surrounding the property
Our maintenance person will be taking care of the trash bins - pull/push them back every Thursday

As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoke inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $50 per person, per night.

house Rules

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras in place, check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval, if you have visitors. Group of visitors or parties are not allowed.  
Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.  All devices are to be ON at all times, if WiFi is disconnected by guests, a team member will be sent to resolve, rate of $150/hr will be charged.  
The quiet hour starts at 10:00 p.m. 
No smoking in the house.  
Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would cause stains.  Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene / feminine products will clog the toilet.  
Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

The host was communicate throughout the process leading up to my stay and during my stay. The home was listed accurately it had an immaculate view of the harbor. The home was both spacious and cozy. I thoroughly enjoyed the space with my family. The area was serene and calming it was a great getaway. The kitchen had everything you needed including a multitude of spices. Coffee bar. Lots of cozy blankets. The detached room was large with its own sitting area and foosball table and its own view of the harbor as well (bathroom in main house) . I can’t say enough good things about Marbella Home. I was sad to leave. I Will definitely visit again. I would love to visit this home in the summertime.
