This studio apartment is separate from the main house with its own entrance. 
Backyard is shared with the main house.

Whidbey Island is a picturesque long linear island that stretches for nearly 50 miles. It is in the Puget Sound, about 30 miles from Seattle.  It is best described as a collection of a number of small harbor towns.
Here you will experience the magic of island life, enjoy visiting a light house, an historic fort or ride a ferry or take a stroll in the community beach. 
Close to historic downtown Coupeville;  Coupeville is Washington State's second oldest town with plenty to do and a wide variety of food options to sample from. 
Coupeville has everything you need for a fun-filled day with its beautiful beaches, historic farmland of Ebey's Landing, quaint horses, quirky shops and not to mention the great places to eat. If you are seafood lover, you are in for a treat. Coupeville is situated on Penn Cove, known for its mussels, clams and oyster beds.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.
Security Deposit ($500 USD)

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be Called, and Legal Actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.
As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.
Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay

It is highly appreciated if you could follow our "house rules" during your stay.

keep noise to a minimum at all time 
Quiet time after 10pm
No smoking in the house
No events or parties
No unregistered guests
No outdoor shoes inside the house, for better comfort, please pack your own indoor shoes. 
Wash the dishes and organize trash for  recycling purposes
Please respect towels and sheets, please don’t use them to remove makeup, or anything which would cause stains
Be respectful of other tenants during your stay
All devices to be ON at all time. If WiFi is disconnected by guest, a team member will be onsite to assist and an after hour rate of $150 will apply.
Only registered guests are allowed on the premise. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras monitoring in place. Please ask for approval when you have visitors. Group of visitors or party size visitors are not allowed.

Stayed for a couple of nights with my mom. The views were spectacular, super peaceful and quiet. It could be an amazing place to stay with a few minor improvements. 1. Cleaning could be improved. Floors were a bit dirt and the kitchen could use a deep clean and organize. The mini convection oven was great to have but it was super greasy and well used. The induction cooktop was a bit confusing since they have no induction cookware 2. The view is amazing but no comfortable chairs on the patio to enjoy it, just a couple of uncomfortable tiny cafe chairs. 3. Hair dryer doesn’t work, and by the entry in the guest book, it’s been broken for a while. Luckily i packed a back up. The view is why you stay here! Loved the view enough to be able to ignore the minor imperfections.

Lovely space with fantastic views. I loved all the windows! The bed was very comfortable. Marbella was very responsive when communication was necessary. Would love to stay again!

I've stayed in this studio and the semi-attached house and had great experiences at both. Beautiful view, peaceful neighborhood. The studio is perfect for 1-2 people and has everything you need plus more. Be prepared to cook on the induction stovetop - hopefully they will remove all of the pots and pans that are not compatible. Marbella is a company with several properties on the West Coast and they have always been very quick and attentive to any issues, which they pass on to the local contact for the property.
