Los Angeles - Rental Property - Panoramic Delight Dream Escape!

The location of this property is great and the space itself has a lot of potential, but our stay was disappointing due to several issues. When we arrived, the place was not properly cleaned, which made it hard to feel comfortable. The master bedroom door wouldn’t close, and instead of taking ownership of the problem, the host repeatedly asked us to troubleshoot and diagnose it ourselves. At one point, someone was sent upstairs without clear communication, which felt intrusive and unsettling. The pool key also did not work during our stay, so we couldn’t use the advertised amenities. For the price we paid, we expected basic cleanliness, privacy, and functioning doors and amenities, but none of the inconvenience was acknowledged or compensated, which was very frustrating. I would not stay here again unless these issues are fully addressed.

Marbella provides a great location great space and amenities for reasonable AIRBNB pricing. I prefer to stay with them for all of my business travel knowing that the unit is always immaculate, the views are fantastic and I am assured great accommodations. They have gone a step further and improved their check-in process which is much easier. Another great stay

What a lovely stay! So peaceful up here away from the city but still right in the heart of it, like a little nest. Stella was extremely helpful and responsive and I’m so glad I booked here! I loved the view and the apartment’s amenities. I only wish I had more time. Thank you again Stella!
