CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.
Security Deposit ($500 USD)

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.
As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checking out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.
Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $25 per person, per night.

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. We appreciate that you ask for approval if you have visitors.

We have a strict no smoking policy.

Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.

The quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m.

Do not use the towels to remove makeup or or refrain from any activity that would stain them.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet.

Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

Deborah's place was very clean and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. She and het team were responsive in answering my questions. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is that there were no hand soaps and no laundry detergent in the unit. Specially having no hand soup had us go shopping while it was not in our thigh schedule. The team offered to reimburse the amount we paid for this item which was nice. However, it was just the inconvenience that bothered us and not the amount we paid. The fridge filter needed replacing which I let them know and they said they would take care of it. I also wished there were more towels available in the unit. There were indeed enough towels, but if we had more, it would made it easier on us specially considering the fact that there were not any luandry detergent to wash and reuse the towels. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay.

The house is aesthetically pleasing and well-located in a friendly neighborhood, with the convenience of easy parking. However, the host's oversight became evident as we found no Wi-Fi, hot water, heating, or a working gas stove upon check-in. The property, seemingly a new rental, was not prepared for occupancy. Communication with the host was unhelpful, and it was clear they lacked knowledge of the property. Resolution required the local team's intervention and a visit of workers from gas company, consuming half a day of next day to address the issues. This lack of consideration from the host was distressing, as our proactive approach was crucial in resolving these problems. A rainy night without heating made for an uncomfortable experience for our children, highlighting the host's neglect in ensuring tenant comfort.
