POOL HEATING

I didn’t need the pool warm but the jacuzzi should have been at least warm considering it is a jacuzzi. To advertised a jacuzzi that you should have mention it would not be warm. I did read if we need the pool warm give a 1 day notice and it would be $75 a day with a 2 day minimum. I didn’t think it was fair to charge that for the jacuzzi to be warmed. Jacuzzi would have been used in the cold weather we had that week. I left 1 day early due to a family emergency and asked if I can get a credit for the 1 day we left early. We are planning another trip the end of the summer and I would book with her but she couldn’t honor that. Bummer because we only used 1 of the 3 rooms. The house was left very clean when we quickly left.
