- Kindly note this is a newly built neighborhood, still under construction. You will find different houses across the community which are still in process of being finished, therefore, workers, materials and machine constructions are constantly located in the area.

LOCATION
The property is located in a gated community on the western side of Oahu (Cottages at Mauna Olu), with 24 hours security. The community has parks, and a swimming pool and is close to the golf course. 
There is plenty to do in this sunny town, all within 10 mins drive, including swimming, snorkeling, diving, hiking, and so much more. Depending on the seasons, you could catch sightings of whales, dolphins, and turtles in the ocean.
Waianae is 40 minutes from the airport (HNL), 45 minutes from the heart of Waikiki, and an hour from the North Shore. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day of exploration.

QUIET TIME:
This is in a gated residential community, please be respectful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings. 
HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checkout, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no-pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.

To provide a more homely experience a $45 damage protection program is in place to secure after the booking is confirmed for enhanced protection and peace of mind allowing you to fully enjoy your visit without any concerns!

The quiet hours start at 09:00 p.m.

Do not use towels to remove makeup or refrain from any activities that would stain them.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet.

Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.
