We were attending a conference at the convention center and the location was perfect. So many walkable things, restaurants, stores, etc. The view is beautiful, cleanliness was top notch, the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Only slight bit of feedback I have is that several platforms are used for check in which was a little bit confusing to find instructions between them upon arrival. Regardless we got in and settled and really enjoyed this beautiful space!

A great place to stay in Long Beach whilst attending an event at the Convention Center (a 5 minute walk away). Plenty of restaurants, a supermarket (Vons) and stores a short and easy walk away, and the neighborhood felt very safe. There are a few minor maintenance things to take care of, for instance a few cupboard doors in both the kitchen and bathrooms needing the hinges adjusting to close properly, scratches on the wall in the main bedroom where presumably furniture had been moved, and the fans in both bathrooms would not turn off, however none of these really impacted our stay and we would definitely be happy to return and stay here again. Stella was helpful and welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions.
