Pros: Home is updated, comfortable furniture throughout. New neighborhood. Cons: 2nd day, Carpenter Ants on the bathroom sinks, in the showers, & on the bedsheets & pillows in 2/5 bedrooms!!! We booked this house so all of us can be comfortable, but my 6yr old ended up sleeping with us in the primary bedroom, all 3 of my kids ended up sharing the primary bath with us, & I was having to vacuum daily on my vacation to clean the ants! Property owners also instructed us to spray the ants with antkiller. Fire alarm: 1st night there, the fire alarm started beeping loudly. The property owners asked us to deactivate it on our own & that they'd send someone to look at it next day, which was very inconvenient. My husband had to get on a bar stool to reach up to deactivate it, which was very dangerous, as there were no ladders in the house. Also, we weren't planning on staying at the house the next day & wait for someone to show up! When we asked for 30% refund, they agreed to only 15%!
