This home away from home has a lot to offer with beautiful beaches, local snorkeling, and eateries all within a 10-minute drive.

QUIET TIME:
This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

PARKING:
Driveway parking. No parking allowed on the street and road. Dedicated parking space for the unit is located at the right side. The left-side parking is for other unit.

Could not fault the communication, check in and check out process. The accommodation is as described. The location is private with good access to the on site gym and pool. I would concur with other reviews that a car is a must to explore the island. The nearby beaches are taken over by homeless people with permanent tents, which unfortunately subtracts from the scenery. It is also worth mentioning that if anyone else is staying in the apartment upstairs it is very noisy when they walk around. If you're a light sleeper, this can be an issue. Some nights were worse than others, depending on the amount of movement. It is an hour drive to the North Shore and to Waikiki, so a car is definitely a must. All these issues have been mentioned before, but in all the residence is excellent, comfortable and clean.

Super awesome host and really place. Not your cup of tea if you’re looking for the more touristy things to do but overall a great stay!

Clean and modern room with extras like beach chairs and such. Gated community with nice surroundings. Close to some beaches but other areas (north shore, Honolulu, etc) take about an hour to drive to. This is attached to a larger house that is rented separately and we had some minor issues with the other tenants with noise and parking. But when I talked to them they did not realize there was another part that is rented separately. After that they were quiet.
